EPIK SOLUTIONS TO BECOME EPIC GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, A DIVISION OF TRANSLATIONS.COM

New York, NY & Boulder, CO — February 15, 2006 — Translations.com, a world leader in language and technology solutions, today announced it has completed a transaction whereby Epik Solutions will become Epic Global Solutions, a division of Translations.com. Based in Boulder, Colorado, Epik is a globalization solutions company comprised of consultants, project managers, and software developers. The combination with Epik Solutions will enhance Translations.com's ability to deliver enterprise-wide translation solutions to clients, and allow these clients to better leverage technology to increase the quality, decrease the cost, and speed the time-to-market for initiatives involving multilingual content.

The 15-person group will continue to be based in Boulder with geographic extensions elsewhere in North America, Europe, and Asia, and operate as an independent division. The newly formed group will be known as Epic Global Solutions.
